Technological learning

The African continent is economically divided into four categories:
oil economy
transition economy
pre transition
diversified

 Technological learning will serve as the basis for growth in Africa.

  Having established relationships with Europe, India and China, Africa is poised to grow significantly as the current idea of intra Africa trade between Northern and Southern Africa becomes more popular.  The economies differ significantly.  Eventually the fundamental foundations of the continental economy will be enhanced.  The difference offers the opportunity to fill a huge gap in the margin of productivity and an increase in the propensity for changes in local economies.
